Man in Black

I had a friend suggested that I do Johnny Cash as the headless horseman as a caricature piece. At first I laughed at the idea because I thought if he is headless how will anybody know that it is Johnny Cash,,, Lol.
I had a hankering to do Johnny but I was also in the mood to do not a caricature but rather a realistic approach to it. I did a rough sketch with a 6B pencil. I scanned it into Photoshop where I proceeded to do it all in black and white and grey tones. I then wanted to see if I could take that into a cool color piece by basically just colorizing the existing b&w art already done. I think it turned out pretty cool.
